Is the there anyone here that likes to watch fighting sports on tv like UFC? I love it, it makes me excited, but sometimes its boring too, when bad fighters fight eachother I think like "Whata hell exchange places with me and youll see that I can do it better"

But sometimes u dont wanna be out there in the octagon, there are fights where there are too much blood and people getting hurt, but I guess when theres a lot of money too it people will do mostly everything :P

I think they get like $5000 minimum/match

The lowest paid guys in there still make six figures a year plus bonuses. So like any other athlete, I'm sure they think it's worthwhile.

They had a t.v. series where regular people that were assholes would be paid to step in the ring with a UFC fighter. No one did anything to the pro fighter but bleed on his gloves. lol. Fun to watch though. I know it's real easy to think that you could do better but there is a reason why very few fighters get paid to do it. They may look bad next to some other pro fighter but they are going to stomp some regular martial artist. Remember these guys train six-eight hours a day (plus physical conditioning) leading up to matches. Your average martial artist in America, maybe 90 minutes a day, four days a week and that's usually not heavy-contact training.

All that aside, I love to watch it.

I'd love to see that show, Andarus.
I admire UFC fighters, because as you said, they're real beasts. But I'd rather watch other fighting sports like K1 and Boxing, which have guys just as tough but there's less hugging in the matches.
I'm not arguing about what fighting style is more effective or more realistic, mind you, just what's more entertaining to watch... we all know like 90% of real fights end up on the floor and if you're a karateka but don't know grappling you'll get screwed.
